Plans For Tuskegee National Alumni Association

Building our infrastructure will allow us to strengthen our foundation to  solidify processes, operational tools, and member value to achieve our goals. A strong infrastructure leads to increased productivity, improved efficiency, and better organizational satisfaction.

Using the four Principles of Accountability, we will maintain transparency by openly sharing decisions and financial information, and fostering participation by engaging members in the planning and execution of activities when possible. We will regularly evaluate programs and initiatives, and incorporate feedback from members to enhance TNAA's impact and effectiveness.

Provide training and resources to develop officers at the national, regional and local levels in TNAA to enhance their skills in governance, fundraising, and community engagement. Fostering effective leadership improves our organizations performance at all levels, as well as, increase our sustainability, while building strong relationships with alumni.

The goal is to increase tangible and intangible benefits to members for being a part of the national, regional and local branches of TNAA. We want membership to have privileges besides electing officers, voting on Constitution & Bylaws and volunteering to hold an office or chair a committee.
